Key Imaging Welcomes NNRA for Pre-Authorisation Inspection
On the 15th of September 2026, we were pleased to welcome inspectors from the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA) to Key Imaging for a pre-authorisation inspection of our facility.

The inspection forms an important part of the regulatory process for facilities using ionising radiation and provided an opportunity
for the NNRA team to review our CT and X-ray facilities, radiation protection measures, equipment and safety arrangements ahead of the commencement of clinical imaging services.
At Key Imaging, patient and staff safety has been central to the development of our imaging service from the outset. From the design and shielding of our imaging rooms to our radiation protection procedures, staff training and quality assurance processes, we have worked to ensure that our services are established in line with appropriate regulatory and professional standards.
The visit represents another important milestone as we move closer to opening our doors to patients in Abuja.
We are grateful to the NNRA team for their time, guidance and engagement during the inspection, and to the Key Imaging team and our partners who have worked diligently to prepare the facility.
We look forward to completing the remaining regulatory processes and, most importantly, to welcoming our first patients to Key Imaging.
